As the products that are offered on this site are stocked in small quantities and are also offered in our physical shop there is a chance that the delay between a product selling in the shop and the product being removed from the website will result in us being unable to fulfill an order, or in the dispatch time being lengthened if we have to obtain another item from a supplier to fulfill the order.
We quality check products prior to dispatch, again if we only have one of an item and it has been damaged or similar, we may not be able to fulfill an order if a replacement is unobtainable.
We reserve the right to update and ammend these terms and conditions as appropriate at any time, in order to keep them up to date and clearly communicat what you can expect from us.

In the event of a return being necessary it may not always be possible to refund postage costs. This will depend on the individual circumstance and how it relates to your rights as a consumer.
Sometimes a replacement may need to be provided for one of our products and sometimes a refund. Again, this will depend on the individual circumstances, availability of replacements and also how it relates to your rights as a consumer.

All intellectual property on this site shall remain the property of Planet Jewels Accessories and their partners and suppliers as appropriate.
All 'guarantees' (where applicable) for products are provided by suppliers, manufacturers/UK importers and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Where the customer is required to return a product to ourselves, we expect the product to be suitably wrapped and to arrive with us in the same condition that we sent it out. A refund or exchange will only take place when we have received the item and when it has been returned in the same condition as we dispatched the item.
Technical stuff relating to orders: with regard to orders placed online, these orders shall be regarded as offers to purchase and shall not be accepted or binding upon Planet Jewels Accessories until confirmed or acknowledged by the company through our ecommerce email system confirming dispatch of goods. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase prior to written confirmation of dispatch, where goods ordered become unavailable, the price of goods varies or an error is made by ourselves in the price, description or for some other reason, whereupon a full refund of your payment will be made to you, usually in the method you made payment to the Company. HOWEVER WE WILL ALWAYS ENDEAVOUR TO FULFILL AN ORDER WHEN POSSIBLE.
